At Alinc Technologies LLC we want to make sure your experience with us is flawless. We stand behind our product 100%. If, for any reason, you need to return the product purchased from us, we will take it back based on the following guidelines:
- If the product is unopened, within 30 days we will take it back, no questions asked.
- If the product is unopened, and it has been over 30 days, but under 90 days, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- If the product has been opened, within 30 days we will take it back with a 25% restocking fee.
- If the product has been opened, and it’s been over 30 days, we normally would not take it back but we will work with you on case by case basis - please contact us so we can work with you.
Customer is responsible for paying return freight on good part returns (returns where the product is fully functional).
