Returns Policy

At Alinc Technologies LLC we want to make sure your experience with us is flawless. We stand behind our product 100%. If, for any reason, you need to return the product purchased from us, we will take it back based on the following guidelines:

If the product is unopened, within 30 days we will take it back, no questions asked.
If the product is unopened, and it has been over 30 days, but under 90 days, a 25% restocking fee applies.
If the product has been opened, within 30 days we will take it back with a 25% restocking fee.
If the product has been opened, and it has been over 30 days, we normally would not take it back but we will work with you on case by case basis - please contact us so we can work with you.

Please note that consumable items (ink/toner cartridges, printheads, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Software cannot be returned once opened.

All HP Renew personal computers and laptops are not returnable.

Please note, return material authorizations (RMAs) are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

Customer is responsible for paying return freight on good part returns (returns where the product is fully functional).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Duties and Taxes

Customers shipping to destinations outside of the United States are responsible for paying all duties and taxes associated with their shipment. Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. Alinc cannot be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office. Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Alinc reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Free Shipping

Alinc Technologies offers free ground shipping on all orders over $100 to addresses in the continental US.

The delivery time for Alinc Free Shipping shipment is 5-7 business days.
Alinc cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
Alinc Free Shipping shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses
